Nito

"Nito Kendo" is a form of Kendo where two swords are used. A longsword and a shortsword.

Paul has been playing around with Nito for a while now and has decided to create a site for his notes and ideas, this will hopefully turn into a good source of information about Nito and will encourage Paul to train in a more stuctured way.
