Warm up
Since its early in a morning when the class starts we cannot rely on everyone being sufficiently "warmed up" before they get here, so we all run through the warm up together.
Stretching is an important part of any workout routine. It helps increase your flexibility and reduce your chances of injury.
Listed below are common stretches that we use at the class for your lower body including your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and hips.
We hold each stretch at least once and hold for at least 10 seconds (more if we have time).
Each stretch should feel controlled, safe and useful (if you dont stretch you will not get the benefit). If during the class you feel any pain, stop and let us know.
